Business overview
Inox Clean Energy Limited, part of the INOXGFL Group, is building out an integrated green-energy business in India. its core focus is manufacturing solar cells and modules and putting them to work in captive and third-party hybrid power projects. What sets its model apart is the pairing of solar manufacturing with independent-power-producer operations, run through its arm Inox Neo Energies Ltd. That lets it supply captive users, commercial and industrial customers, and power exchanges alike. The company has also grown inorganically, a 50 MW solar asset in Madhya Pradesh among its acquisitions, while working toward multi-gigawatt hybrid wind-and-solar projects. With innovation, sustainability and energy efficiency as recurring themes in how it describes itself, Inox Clean Energy is calling itself one of the companies pushing India toward a cleaner energy mix.
